Terms of Use

Haibi is developed and operated by Origin 22, LLC. Last updated: August 8, 2026.

By using Haibi you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

1. Subscriptions

Haibi offers auto-renewable subscriptions billed through your Apple ID. Prices and billing periods are shown in the app before purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID settings.
Free trials, where offered, convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. Unused trial time is forfeited on purchase.
Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's terms.

2. Not medical or financial advice

Haibi surfaces patterns in your own data — sleep, training, spending, habits. Nothing in the app is medical advice, mental-health treatment, financial advice, or investment advice. Insights, projections, and "audits" are informational reflections of your own behavior. Consult qualified professionals for medical or financial decisions.

3. Referral program

Referrers earn 15% of the net subscription revenue (after app store fees) from users who subscribe through their referral link, recurring for each billing period the referred user remains subscribed, with at most one earning per referred user per billing period.
Earnings become withdrawable 14 days after they are earned, and withdrawals require a minimum balance of $25.
Self-referrals, fake accounts, incentivized signups without disclosure, and any artificial inflation of referrals are prohibited. We may hold, void, or reclaim earnings associated with fraudulent or policy-violating activity, and may suspend accounts involved.
Referrers are independent participants, not employees or agents of Origin 22, LLC, and are responsible for their own taxes. We may require tax documentation before paying out.
We may modify or discontinue the referral program prospectively at any time. Earned, legitimate balances will be honored.

4. Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service: no reverse engineering, no attempts to access other users' data, no automated scraping of the service, no use of AI features to generate unlawful content.

5. Your content and data

You own your data. You grant us the limited license needed to operate the features you use (for example, sending a meal photo to an AI provider to analyze it). See the Privacy Policy for details on what leaves your device and why.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Origin 22, LLC disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the date above. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
